The DB Cargo BHP application is used to quickly and anonymously report situations that violate occupational health and safety rules.
It was created to easily report irregularities occurring during working hours and send them via e-mail.
The report is created using a short form containing only 4 fields, which should be completed with information about the type of irregularity, place and time of its occurrence, and then supplemented with a more detailed description of the situation.
The application also supports sending photo attachments.
Each report is equipped with a special identifier that can be used to search for it.
This, together with the information entered by the user, will be sent as an e-mail to a dedicated mailbox.
The submitted irregularity report is also available for viewing in the list under the forms submit button for a specified period of time.
The sending process is very simple and does not require any authorization, which speeds up the ability to respond to threats
